HR needs a seat at the table but even better a voice!

I think this really pushes our profession. We have been working hard for HR to have a seat at the table but now that we have the seat we need to further demonstrate that we are strategic and an integral part of the organization! However, let’s make sure we are contributing to the organization by presenting initiatives that make the organization better. Use your voice!
